Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of craft raw materials, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Waxes
  • Fragrance oils
  • Essential oils
  • Resin materials
  • Soap bases

Unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Share photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement depending on stock availability.
